About the Company

The company offers VR experiences that make property exploration accessible and impactful for real estate professionals worldwide. It sits at the intersection of innovation and real estate marketing — empowering agents to attract qualified buyers and fundamentally rethink how properties are explored and sold.

The customer-facing app gives clients access to the properties assigned by their agents, based on the interest they've shown — bringing the showroom into the living room through immersive virtual reality.

"Rethinking how properties are explored and sold — through immersive, intuitive VR experiences."

My role on the product

I developed a comprehensive design system and refined the visual and interaction language to ensure consistency, scalability, and clarity across the platform. I collaborated closely with the founder to align product decisions with the company's vision — while working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams to translate technical requirements and market needs into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.

01
Design System

Built a comprehensive design system from the ground up — tokens, components, and patterns that scaled across VR and web surfaces.

02
Founder Collaboration

Worked directly with the founder to ensure every product decision was tightly aligned with the company's long-term vision.

03
Cross-functional Work

Bridged design, engineering, and business — translating technical constraints and market needs into clear, actionable design decisions.

04
Visual & Interaction Language

Refined the entire visual and interaction language so the product felt cohesive, modern, and easy to navigate for non-technical users.

VR Experience Design

Designing presence

The VR experience needed to feel effortless — clean UI, easy-to-navigate components, and an overall experience that didn't get in the way of the property itself. The goal was for users to feel present in the space, not distracted by the interface.

SaaS Portals for Clients (Developers)

Tools for the professionals

Beyond the consumer-facing app, I designed SaaS portals for real estate developers and agents — giving them the tools to manage properties, assign clients, and track engagement. The portal needed to feel professional and efficient without sacrificing the visual quality of the broader brand.

I customised core product features, incorporated clean illustrations into the design language, and conducted thorough audits to ensure a seamless, consistent user experience across every workflow.

What was delivered

A scalable design system and refined product language spanning VR environments, a customer-facing app, and developer SaaS portals — all cohesive, all consistent, and all built to grow with the platform.

The result: a product that felt premium enough to match the ambition of VR real estate, while remaining intuitive enough for clients who'd never used a VR tool before.
